Brown; his daughters, Penny Brown-Martin (Bruce) and Margie B. Anthony (Frank); his granddaughters, Carrie L. Anthony and Lisa E. Anthony; and his siblings, Jean B. Ballard and Richard Brown Numerous. He is also survived by Numerous nieces and nephews.
