She is survived by: her children, Karen Fullerton (Brian) of Princeton, NJ, Kim Kress (Michael) of West Chester, PA and Paul Mackiewicz of Media, PA; and her grandchildren, Kyler, Callen, Ethan and Ryan. She is also survived by aunts, uncles and cousins.
