She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Paul Allison and Anne Allison (late Jack Messick); her sister Sandra; her children, Guy (Lucy) of Media, Kyle of Bermuda and Kirk Messick (Susan) of Malvern; her grandchildren, Bryan, Adam, Kate, Kristen, Alexander and Stephanie; her great grandchildren, Reagan, Kendall, Milena, Elouise, Emerson and Oliver; and her husband Jack Messick.

In lieu of flowers, charitable donations are invited to be made to the World Wildlife Fund, the American Cancer Society or Tyler Arboretum.
