Kasper (Media, Pennsylvania), born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on November 20, 2019, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas. She is survived by: her children, Thomas (Anne) of Richmond, Robert Kasper of Richmond, Virginia of Media, Barbara of Media and Glenn Kasper of Media; and her granddaughters, Rebecca (Scott), Caroline and Priscilla Kasper.
