She was predeceased by: her father Norberto Sierra; and her grandson Nathaniel Adamczyk. She is survived by: her mother Sixta Alsina; her daughter Iris Melendez; her son-in-law Hank Adamczyk of Philadelphia, PA; her grandchildren, Dylan and Mia Adamczyk; and her brothers, Gilberto, Luis and Angel Sierra.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in memory/honor of Eneida Melanie Sierra to the Nathaniel Adamczyk Fund at the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia.
