She was predeceased by: her parents, Loretta Byrne and James A. Byrne; and her husband Albert A. Meyer. She is survived by: her daughters, Deborah Otarola (Victor) and Lorraine; her grandchildren, Victoria, Vanessa (Brian), Jamie, Chris and Timothy; and her great grandchildren, Mackenzie and Madeline.

Living her faith of charity and service, volunteerism was hugely important to Dorothy.
