He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Hoffman (Thomas); his granddaughters, Brittany Yeomans, Ashley and Erin Hoffman; his brother Charles Walls, Jr. (Sandra); his stepson Scott Andrews; and his nieces, Wendy Brown (Larry) and Shelly Shtuka (Daniel).
