It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Catherine A. O'Brien (Media, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 5, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Edward Nugent and Catherine Nugent of Philadelphia, PA.; her daughter Kathleen Smith; her grandson Connor Smith; her sister Isabelle; her son-in-law Colin Smith; her sister Theresa Halt; and her brother-in-law Gerald Halt. She was also cherished by her many grandchildren, great grandchildren, her nieces and nephews.
Contributions to St Jude's Children's Hospital are appreciated in lieu of flowers.
