He was predeceased by: his parents, John Koontz and Nancy Koontz. He is survived by: his significant other Cheryl Lynn Peters Koontz; and his sisters, Pam Hudson of Elizabethtown and Sue Harris of Palmyra.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Church of the Brethren (777 S Mt Joy St, Elizabethtown, PA 17022).
