Starrett (Winner); his siblings, Andy Michael (Jennifer) and Patti Wilkerson of Calif; his parents-in-law, Wayne and Mary "Lou" Winner of Williamsport; his sister-in-law Lynn Keller (Greg); his nieces and nephews, Ryan and Megan Keller of Mich; his brother-in-law David Winner (Kristal); and his nieces and nephews, Brady, Makenna and Bryce of South Williamsport. He is also survived by numerous nephews and nieces.
