He is survived by: his sons, Benjamin T Curtis IV (Kathryn Curtis), John David Curtis (Nancy Curtis), Paul Alan Curtis (Michele Curtis) and David Alan Curtis (Karen Curtis); his grandchildren, Anne Curtis Himmer (Brian Himmer), Jonathan Curtis (Lisa Curtis) and Jillian Curtis; and his great grandchildren, Abigail Charlotte Himmer, Amelia Mae Himmer, Grady Talmadge Himmer, Jonathan Christopher Curtis and Layla Anne Curtis.
