He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony Trolio and Lucy Trolio; and his sister Eleanor Murray. He is survived by: his children, Ann Marie Mendlow (Michael) of Chestnut Hill, Anthony Trolio (Joanne) and Andrea Cortese of Media, PA; his grandchildren, Louis (Bethany), John, Jena (Jon), Sadie, Andrew (Samantha) and Philomena; and his sister Marie DiMarino of Glen Mills, PA..
He went to Overbrook High School in Philadelphia and was married for 67 years to Philomena "Mena" who died of Alzheimer's disease in 2019.
