She was predeceased by: her father Mark P. Davis; and her grandfather Stephen J. Prevoznik. She is survived by: her parent Jean Prevoznik Davis; her siblings, Emily and Kyle; and her grandparents, Rita Prevoznik, Joe and Ann Campbell. She is also survived by her fourteen aunts and uncles, 38 cousins and a large extended family.
