Swiggard of Mechanicsville, Pennsylvania, born in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 23, 2023, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, James Swiggard and Marie Esmond Swiggard; and his siblings, Jimmy Swiggard and Kathleen Millar. He is survived by: his wife Irene T. Oleksyn Swiggard; his children, John J. Swiggard, Mary Ellen Driscoll, Christopher Swiggard (Meg) and Loretta Muntzer (Fred); his grandchildren, Shauna Marie, Kellie Marie, Christopher, Danny and Freddy; and his great grandchildren, Andraya and Ryder.
