He was predeceased by: his parents, Louise Rowley and William Rowley; his stepfather Peter Hartigan; his parents-in-law, Rudy and Doris Fuseck; and his brother-in-law Michael Fuseck.
He is survived by: his wife Karen (Fuseck); his daughter Cyndi Neumyer; his stepgranddaughter Maddie; his siblings, Sharon Ferlauto (Frank) of Wall, NJ and Robert Rowley of Lakewood, NJ; and his nieces and nephews, Sharon, Marlo, Robyn, William and Todd.
