With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Verna Agnes (Darnell) Patton (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania), who passed away on November 15, 2024 at the age of 92. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Kenneth Herman Darnell and Blanche Riggins (Ware); her brother Kenneth Darnell, Jr.; and her brother-in-law Robert Walker. She is survived by: her husband Robert McMasters Patton; her children, R. Alan Patton of Orwigsburg, Karen Stoner (Jerry) of Mechanicsburg, Sharon Rider (Gary) of Boiling Springs, Craig Patton (Tracy) of Carlisle and Brian Patton (Jocelyn) of Las Vegas, NV; and her sister Betty Walker of Arkansas. She is also survived by her 13 grandchildren; her 24 great-grandchildren.
