He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ronald Winter of Mechanicsburg and Helen "Betty" Winter (Laudermilch); his fiancée Penny Stoner; his children, Timothy K. Winter (Stacy) of Harrisburg and Alicia Winter (Aaron Smithgall) of Dillsburg; his stepsons, Samuel Britt of Mechanicsburg and Levi Britt of Carlisle; his granddaughter Brianna; his sister Amy E. Rynex (Edward) of Mechanicsburg; and his nephews, Owen of Mechanicsburg and Evan Rynex of Mechanicsburg. He was also cherished by aunts, uncles and several cousins.
