He was predeceased by: his father Ryal George Seay; and his brother Thomas R. Hawkins. He is survived by: his mother Joan Mae Seay (Horn) of Berkeley Springs; and his siblings, Jenny Hatch (Paul) of Minneapolis, Sally Santilli (Greg) of Canton and Steven Hawkins of Falling Waters. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family has asked that, in lieu of flowers, memorial contributions be made to a charitable organization of the donor's choice.
