We bid farewell to Ruth M. Hummel of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Pine Grove, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on July 8, 2024 at the age of 95. Ruth touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, John J. Fessler and Florence R. Schaeffer Fessler; her husband Paul W. Hummel; her brothers, Carl Fessler, Guy Fessler, Sr. and Irvin John Fessler; and her son-in-law Peter Nanov.

She is survived by: her daughter Diane Nanov of Mechanicsburg; her grandchildren, Peter Christopher and Lisa Michelle Nanov; and her sisters, Barbara Rehrer (late Dennis Rehrer) of Pine Grove and Bernice Monger (late Earl Monger) of Leesport.
