He is survived by: his wife Norma "Peach" Stowell of Mechanicsburg, PA; his sons, Thomas of Alexandria, VA and Todd (Kate) of Chesapeake, VA; his grandchildren, Ethan, Daniel and Olivia Stowell of Chesapeake, VA; and his brother Rick Stowell (Peggy) of Milton, VT..
