He is survived by: his wife Margene Nita Harper (Spahr); his children, Donna Zeigler (Travis) of Mechanicsburg and Keith Harper of Mechanicsburg; his grandchildren, Andrew Zeigler and Tori Zeigler; and his pets, Lulu, Punkin and KitKat. He is also survived by his three brothers; his two sisters.
