It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Richard Neil Zarker of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on October 14, 2023, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, David Charles Zarker and Grace Elizabeth Zarker (Martin); and his siblings, David Charles Zarker Jr. and Joyce Eileen Sipe. He is survived by: his wife Judith "Judy" Elaine Zarker (Kauffman); and his children, Richard "Rick" Zarker of Shiremanstown, Deborah "Deb" Dodson of Mechanicsburg and Michael "Mike" Zarker of Enola. He is also survived by his 8 grandchildren; his 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and a nephew.
