He was predeceased by: his parents, Rudolph and Augusta; and his brother Ronald. He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Daria Snyder (Clayton), Diana Borg (Eugene) and Richard, Jr. (Anne); his grandchildren, Landon, Lindsay, Larissa and Alexandra; and his nephew Eric Guether.
