It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Phyllis Anne Melachrinos of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, born in Staten Island, New York, who passed away on August 27, 2023, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter L. Nostrand and Elsie Schoentube Van Nostrand; and her sister Althea Van Dine. She is survived by: her husband Emanuel D. Melachrinos; her siblings, W. L. Van Nostrand, Jr. and Bette Gillikin; and her children, Stephen (Peggy), Andrea Sollenberger (Lynn), Paul (Michelle) and Laura Minoglio (Dino). She is also survived by 12 grandchildren, and 9 great-grandchildren.
