Peter James Hay Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 16, 2024, at the age of 76, Peter James Hay of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Peter leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Peter may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul George Hay and Virginia Sarah Hay (Horn). He is survived by: his wife Debbie Jean Hay (Hoffman); and his brother Paul Hay (Veronica) of State College. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 1:30 PM at the Open House (25 E Main St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A graveside service will be held on Monday, November 25th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Mechanicsburg Cemetery (137 W Marble St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A burial will be held on Tuesday, November 25th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the same location.
