He was predeceased by: his parents, Lynn Hartman and Mary Alice Hartman; his wife Anna Hartman (Hickey); his son Ronald Hartman; and his grandson Seamus Hartman.
He is survived by: his children, Michael Hartman (Ellen), Christine Hartman LeJeune (Stephen) and Karen Hartman Brinton (Gordon). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 10 great grandchildren.
