She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley A. Guise and Dorothy L. Guise (Russell); her brother Jere M. Guise; and her husband Ed. She is survived by: her daughters, Jessica L. Williams (Joel) of New Cumberland and Alicia N. Perry (Darren Campbell) of Tempe, AZ; her grandsons, Joel A. Williams IV and Mason E. Williams; and her siblings, Dorothy "Dotty" L. Guise of Lakewood, CO and Roger W. Guise (Diana) of Mt. Wolf. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
