She was predeceased by: her parents, Asa Miller and Nellie Miller (Pennington); and her siblings, Joan Shambaugh and Robert Miller. She is survived by: her husband Jack LeRoy Kapp; her children, Barbara Lynne Lehman (Richard) and Kirk Edward Kapp (Linda); her granddaughter Stacey Lynne Reid (Cody); her great grandchild Adalyn Parker Reid of Mechanicsburg; her brother Gary Miller of Dover, PA; and her siblings-in-law, Winnie Sullivan (Tim) and Jack Shambaugh of Mechanicsburg.
