He is survived by: his wife Carol Sue Owens (Gubete); his son Eric William Owens (Shannon) of Oxford, PA; his grandchildren, Ryan and Katie; and his sisters, Carrie Owens of Winber, PA and Ida Hechler (Jerry) of Dillsburg, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
