He was predeceased by: his parents, James Witter and Annie Witter (Garman); and his siblings, Mary Barrick, Alma Quigley, Cecil Baer, Betty Nelson, Esther Darnell, Martha Neff, Grace Rufe, Virginia Dewalt, Judy Witter, George Witter, Wayne Witter and Helen Witter.
He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" Witter (Boyle); his daughters, Maxine Fry (Guy) of Mechanicsburg and Julia Reed (Michael Russell) of Boiling Springs; and his brothers, Raymond Witter of Tornilla, TX and Charles Witter of Carlisle. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
