She is survived by: her husband Thomas B. McGowan; her son David F. Garrety, Jr. (Wendy); her stepsons, Thomas McGowan, Todd McGowan (Danita) of Drystown and Timothy McGowan of Mt. Holly Springs; and her brother Raymond Card of York. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, two great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
