He was predeceased by: his parents, Vincent Walsh and Helen Walsh (Fleming); his daughter Rachel; his son-in-law Frank Mears; and his sister Karen Hoffman.
He is survived by: his wife Mary J. Walsh (Fisher); his sons, Martin V. Walsh, Jr. of Charlotte, NC, Michael T. Walsh (Diane) of Butler and Mark R. Walsh (Lisa) of Lewisberry; his brother-in-law Ken Hoffman; and his grandchildren, Renee Simpson (Blake) of Rockwell, NC, Cynthia Sower (Tom) of Georgetown, KY, Alyssa Walsh of Thomasville, Corrine Walsh (James Powell), Branson Walsh of Dillsburg and Garrett Walsh of Butler. He is also survived by four great-grandchildren.
