She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Galen and Goldie Viola Sheaffer (Wade); her husband George H. Kohlhaas, Jr.; and her sisters, Florence Hampton and Betty Devine.
She is survived by: her daughters, Linda Finkelstein (Ray) of Macungie and Deborah Casey (Michael) of Mechanicsburg; and her grandchildren, David Finkelstein, Elissa Hom, Shawn Casey and Mark Casey. She is also survived by her ten great-grandchildren.
