He is survived by: his wife Donna Linn (Jacobs); his children, Jennie Marie Cofini (Robert) of Etters, Gregory Scott Hess (Sherri) of Georgia, C. Daniel Hess (Penny) of New Cumberland and James Douglas Hess of Florida; and his siblings, Melvin E. Linn, Jr. (Patricia) of New Cumberland and Marjorie Linn Bonner (Robert) of Mechanicsburg.
