She is survived by: her husband Rodney "Rod" Neal Chamberlin; her stepchildren, Philip Chamberlin (Andrea), Dale Chamberlin and Lisa Chamberlin; her siblings, Kathy Eakin (Jeff Smith) and Michael Eakin (Heidi); her stepgranddaughters, Avery and Layla; and her nieces and nephews, Zachary Eakin, Michael Patrick Eakin, Chase Carter and Libby Smith. She is also survived by her family and friends.
