With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lorraine Ardell Westby (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 13, 2024 at the age of 88. Though Lorraine Ardell may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Lorraine Ardell touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Otto Prahl and Tena Prahl of Brookings, SD.; and her siblings, Raymond and Ramona. She is survived by: her husband Darrell; her children, Steven, Michael and Lisa (John Talton); her grandchildren, Ryan Talton, Megan Talton and Brian Westby (Carolynn); and her great grandchild Amelia of Mechanicsburg.
