She was predeceased by: her parents, Cyrus Forry and Gertrude Forry; her spouse Dr. Lynn Kenneth Cook; her brother Reverend Roger Forry; and her stepdaughter Sue Cook.
She is survived by: her stepsons, Mike, Steve and Jeff; her son Zackary Cook (Mona); her brother David Forry (Marna Leslie "Chick"); and her sister-in-law Janice Forry. She is also survived by 3 stepsons, 2 stepdaughters, 2 grandchildren, 12 step-grandchildren, 12 step-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the American Heart Association, in Linda's honor.
