He was predeceased by: his parents, Elton Royal Fletcher and Mattie Kate Banks. He is survived by: his wife Donna Marie Allen; his children, LaDonna Fletcher and Leonard Fletcher; his granddaughter Zakaria Mims; his siblings, Donna Hill (George), Valerie Fletcher-Mitchell (late Ceylon Mitchell) and Mark Fletcher; and his sisters-in-law, Jacqueline Allen and Shirley Joseph. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation was held on Thursday, November 7th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Chapel of the Major H. Winfield Funeral Home (704 N Front St, Steelton, PA 17113). A graveside service was held on Friday, November 8th 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Gate of Heaven Cemetery (1313 S York St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055).
