He is survived by: his wife Vickie Rae Welker (Hartman); his children, Tracie Welker of Camp Hill and Larry Lee Welker, Jr. (Tonya Bordner) of Carlisle; his granddaughter Shelby Welker of Mechanicsburg; and his pet Callie.
