He was predeceased by: his parents, Warren H. Fisher and Dorothy I. Fisher (Cline); his spouse Shirley Fisher (Rhine); and his brothers, Thomas Fisher and David Fisher.
He is survived by: his sister Wendy Redinger (Randy) of Liberty, KY. He is also survived by seven nieces, two nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
