He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Webber and Laura Webber. He is survived by: his wife Captain Jo-Ann Carabeau; his sister Judith (Judy); his sister-in-law Monica; and his nieces, Lisa, Lacy and Leeanne.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hoffman Funeral Home & Crematory (2020 W Trindle Rd, Carlisle, PA 17013).
