He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Zeigler and Esther R. Taylor (Ritter); and his wife Gloria J. Starry (Seibert). He is survived by: his children, Robert Etter of Mechanicsburg, Bridget Ponchock (Daniel) of Shiremanstown, PA, Julie Hardy (Davd) of Fort Worth, TX and Jennifer L. Stoner (Michael) of Mechanicsburg; his sisters, Suzie Taylor (Clyde) of Aspers and Molly Hoffer (Chuck) of Harrisburg; and his pet Rocky. He is also survived by seven grandchildren.
