He is survived by: his wife Lillian M. Foster Notz; his children, Tonya Lucas, Lindsey Foster (John), Amanda Kuykendall (Keith) and John David Notz II (Becca); his grandchildren, Makaylie, Amara, Kolin, Ashton, Brinley, Braxton, Grayson, Rowan, Sawyer, Emersyn, Remy and Gage; and his siblings, Rick, Roger, Robby, Larry, Danny, Doug, Janie and Ginger.
