He was predeceased by: his father James K. Forrey; his son Avery James Forrey; and his grandparents, Charles, Sharley Geesey, Oscar Forrey and Ruth Forrey.
He is survived by: his parent Scharley A. Forrey (Geesey); his children, Carter Wayne Forrey of Carlisle and Madison Leigh Forrey of Carlisle; his sister Julie Sellers (Greg) of Mechanicsburg; and his nephew Cameron James Sellers of Mechanicsburg.
The family is requesting donations be made to the Huntington's Disease Society of America, 505 eighth avenue, Suite 1402, NY, NY 10018 in lieu of flowers.
