He was predeceased by: his parents, William N. Tibbens and Helene B. Tibbens (Crone). He is survived by: his wife Barbara J. Tibbens (Heiney); his children, Christina R. Hodgson of Georgia, Dana K. Graves (Ralph) of Georgia, Ryan P. Tibbens (Ashley) of Virginia and Katie N. Tibbens of Pennsylvania; and his sister Bonnie Fickes (Ken). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and two great-grandchildren; and many, many nieces and nephews.
