James H. Honafius Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James H. Honafius of Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on January 12, 2025, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Christine G. Honafius Nye (Feaser) and Harold H. Honafius. He is survived by: his wife Shayne Honafius (Clark); his children, Jeffrey S. Honafius (Nicole Barthalow) and Emily K. Honafius-Savage (John); his stepdaughter Sarah S. Bingaman (Daniel); his grandchildren, Mackenzie, Dylan, Christine and Leeland; and his sisters, Joan Kleinhenz (Fred) and Nancy Joslin (Fred). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church (300 E Simpson St, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Mechanicsburg Presbyterian Church, 300 E. Simpson Street, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055.
