James F. Carchidi Jr. Obituary
We are sad to announce that on April 8, 2025, at the age of 83, James F. Carchidi Jr. (Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Francis Carchidi and Mary Elizabeth Swecker Carchidi. He is survived by: his close friend Linda A. Carchidi; his children, Jennifer Carchidi (Chris) and James M. Carchidi (Valerie); his grandchildren, Dominic, Isabella Zampogna and Caitlyn Carchidi; his stepgrandchildren, Sophie, Chloe and Blake; his sister Patricia Neidert; his nieces, JoAnn Neidert-Calvaresi, Patti Neidert-Radic and Marianne Neidert-Pollack; and his half-brother Mike Carchidi.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Malpezzi Funeral Home (8 Market Plaza Way, Mechanicsburg, PA 17055). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Wednesday, April 16th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Katharine Drexel Catholic Church (1 Peter Dr, Mechanicsburg, PA 17050).
