He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Stroup and Pauline Stroup (Hartman); and his sister Joan Sprow. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Allerding (Jason) of Cinn; his niece Wendy Sprow of York; his nephew Mark Sprow (Faith) of Fallston, MD; and his great-nieces, Elizabeth and Caroline.
