He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Eugene Neibert and Mary Jane Neibert; his wife Lynne Neibert; his daughters, Jill Garnhart (Sean), Betsy Grigor (Scott) and Trisha Reed (Dean); his grandchildren, Lindsey Garnhart, Mason Garnhart, Hannah Reed, Owen Reed and Emma Grigor; and his sister Kathy Seagrist (Bruce).
