He is survived by: his significant other Brenda W. Smith (Whiteside); his children, Kimberly Rudy (Jeff) of Etters and Eric Smith of Tempe, AZ; his grandchildren, Kirstin L. Stonfer (David), Trey C. Rudy, Spencer B. Rudy, Andie W. Smith and Charlie B. Smith; and his great grandchild Michael Stonfer. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
